I am not sure I read this correctly, but you can try to add an extension and use that extension as the coverage path. cover that extension back to your vdn that hits main vector.

anyone know how to set up dial codes, FAC to set up a transfer button? Apparently this phone only has 3 speed dials and nothing else.

well now, I finally figured it out. The intercept treatment works for DID's dialed into the switch, not for internal dial by extension treatment. I added a step in the vector to "go to step 6 if unconditional" 6. disconnect after annoucment xxxx uggggg!
