How bout if instead of using personal mailboxes you use hunt group main boxes, And on the reception phone and the users phone program the H"group name" under source number...this way the reception transfer to the huntgroup of that user and when the user checks the message the reception will be...
You have a ringing set with voicemail on it... you have to set the ringing sets to 6 rings and voicemail to answer after 4 rings. this was the voicemail wont get answered until after the auto attendant does.

If you go on youre server and type localhost:8888 in the browser then type in youre username and password, check and see what folder all the recordings are being saved. goto that folder on the computer and delete the old recordings manually.
Under your lines and then analog option there is a wait for dial tone option and default is 3 seconds. Changed this to 500ms and that is where youre wait is.
