Phantom extensions for forwarding 2

I want to forward hunt group overflow calls to outside number. Have setup hunt group for several stations and overflow group of one station. I want to forward it to outside line,. Have flagged overflow hunt calls on Forwarding tab under user. However I so not have physical extension to assign. Is there an "X" port type function similiar to AVAYA 8700 that does not require physical port?

just build a user not extension

assign it a non used extension number

then set it to forward to the external number
