I have a question regarding the configuration of the Cisco CM
We are moving from Avaya to Cisco
Currently the phones have three line appearances [same etxn] configured so that while one line is active and another call comes in .. the choice to put on hold on active call is...

Turns out SNMP is not running .. *sigh*
I tried to also find the admin guide for the TEO for maybe some additional insight - and the most recent one I found was 2018.
Not having much luck today ..

Thank you for your help though

Good day all,
I'm looking to see if anyone might have any TEO TSG-6 secure phones with their Avaya CM - we have upwards of 1,000 or so - in several remote locations.
We are in the process of doing a firmware upgrade on those TEO phones. What I'm looking for is insight on how, with THAT many...
@ZeroZeroOne and @Sean655
Thanks so much for the replies .. I was able to finally 'get it GONE'
@ZeroZeroOne
Yes, to answer your question - I'm not the admin to the system - and implemented our Avaya stuff for VoIP - we ended up having to put TEO TSG phones defined as SIP devices hanging off...
@Sean655
Yep! It was the 1st thing I did before taking it off the Intra-CDR .. always checking for that kind of stuff ..
I eventually did a sa tr .. and then went over to CM and did an incremental sync ..

I'm just going to give it a rest at this point .. sometimes the connection is flaky...
Greetings All,
I did a search on here about the Intra-CDR looking to find if there was a comment or question about any additional actions that might be required to fully remove an extension from ASA.
Using the Change Intra-CDR .. I was able to locate the extension in the table .. and delete it...
Greetings All,
Reaching out here in hopes that someone can provide me with additional information on how to read the log files on the TEO TSG-6 7810 phones.
Running through the log on the phone the display screen will truncate the log so that not all the information for the event/error is...
Greetings All,
I have been looking to get some insight using TEO TSG-6 7810 phones and CUCM 12.5
I have all the items configured [on the phone] and am able to ping everything .. but the phone extension won't register.
Any insight would be of great help.
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Jae
Thank you both, JimboJimbo and PhonesAllDay

I did end up having to use the USB solution for when I found out that although they backed up their phones before moving .. they did not ensure that all things were working and then they backed up nothing to their phones [shrug].
Actually, let me...
@PhonesAllDay
It was a painful lesson to learn, but yes .. the backup was crucial.
Is there a way to batch upload [import?] extensions AND add the labels? Instead of the admins having to do that manually?

I may be wording this question incorrectly - I have worked to import some information to phone when there is a huge volume, but recently we have moved a large group of executive admins to a new building and some weirdness took place where labels and extensions were lost [even though...
