@kyle555 - Turns out SNMP is not running .. *sigh* I tried to also find the admin guide for the TEO for maybe some additional insight - and the most recent one I found was 2018. Not having much luck today .. - Thank you for your help though ----- Jae

@Sean655 Yep! It was the 1st thing I did before taking it off the Intra-CDR .. always checking for that kind of stuff .. I eventually did a sa tr .. and then went over to CM and did an incremental sync .. - I'm just going to give it a rest at this point .. sometimes the connection is flaky...

Greetings All, I have been looking to get some insight using TEO TSG-6 7810 phones and CUCM 12.5 I have all the items configured [on the phone] and am able to ping everything .. but the phone extension won't register. Any insight would be of great help. Thanks! Sincerely, Jae
