    @kyle555 - Turns out SNMP is not running .. *sigh* I tried to also find the admin guide for the TEO for maybe some additional insight - and the most recent one I found was 2018. Not having much luck today .. - Thank you for your help though ----- Jae

    @Sean655 Yep! It was the 1st thing I did before taking it off the Intra-CDR .. always checking for that kind of stuff .. I eventually did a sa tr .. and then went over to CM and did an incremental sync .. - I'm just going to give it a rest at this point .. sometimes the connection is flaky...
