My apologies, I wasn't sure where to make this post
I wonder if anyone here may be able to direct me to were I might be able to purchase spare screws for the 96xx series side-cars
We have the side-car, but no screws to attach them to the phones

just use some small wood or metal screws that relatively matches the size whole.

Do you know if Avaya or some other vendor sells the individual pieces [RJ11 cable pieces, or the plastic separators]?

They are not sold individually. Maybe eBay. The cables are 8p8c straight through and are common.

Screwthread is 9mm long x 3mm diameter and is the self tapping type for plastic.
