I just bought a Plantronics CS-60 *USB-version*. It works perfectly and we are planning to buy more for other colleagues.

Plantronics headsets with USB are also very compatible with the IP communicator. At a previous job we had iPhone handsets. With a little tool it noticed an off-hook situation. Sorry, don't know the exact type.

With the 4.x and earlier versions you could query the SQL database for the unused-did's. I also wonder if the asp/sql-query included here (attachment) could be converted or otherwise be executed (e.g. in a web interface) to find the unused did's.
