    Thank you both for your answers I did what the technical bulletin but I have one issue. Short code is 9N-dial-NSS. The problem is that the person who takes the forwarded call sees the leading 9 and then the phone number.

    I know it's something with the network but the strange thing is that the pc's are working fine and also the B179 it's ok It's only with the H323 phones that I have the issues.

    HI Voip security is disabled. The wireless bridje is as passthrought and the ping is like 5ms. I think the quality is ok and that the ubiquity is cousing the issue.
