Hi All

I have ipo r10.1 with 16xx phones.
I have configure a wireless bridge with ubiquiti antennas.
The phones over at the remote side are disconnecting from ip office and they reconnected only after I reboot the phones.
The pc there are not having any issues. The phones gets the ip from a windows dhcp from the main side.
Anyone came to this before?

Make sue you disabled media encryption.

System > Voip security.

Voip is far more sensitive to network dropouts than data comms (PC's).

the issue is almost certainly network quality & needs to be checked thoroughly.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

HI

Voip security is disabled.
The wireless bridje is as passthrought and the ping is like 5ms.
I think the quality is ok and that the ubiquity is cousing the issue.

Those phones work over the network, if they have issues it's the network. If they're fine on local switches but faulty across the link, it's the link. You will never find the issue with their link with your testing, that's their job :)

Oh, it's your link, good luck with that :) We use Ligowave for such links, faultless :)

I know it's something with the network but the strange thing is that the pc's are working fine and also the B179 it's ok
It's only with the H323 phones that I have the issues.
