yes I can dial it internally, I have it in the default partition which is the same as the 38XX. These numbers are coming in over a SIP trunk to a Nortel CS1000. The CS1000 is sending the 4XXX numbers the exact same as the 38XX. I don't know how to setup a translation. I have a phone at my desk...
I have 38XX already in the callmanager. I want to add the first 4XXX number. I built the phone but I can't get the Call Manager to accept the call. Do I have to tell it That 4XXX is a new number. If so how?????
CC License Manager service is stuck in starting mode and will never start. If I set the service to manual and reboot I can start the service just fine if I manually start it. But as soon a I set it back to automatic and reboot it will never fully start on it's own. Does anyone have any ideas?????

I have a NI2 T-1 going to a IVR system using CBCT trunks. I cannot get the channels to stop going into lockout. I have rebuilt them every way I could think. Could the IVR cause this if it isn't ready for the call???
The DCH gives me this message.
CAUSE: #44 CAUSE: #44 - REQ CIRC/CHAN NOT AVAILABLE
Just block it in ld 90 with NXX just like you block long distance with NPA. Instead of entering NPA enter NXX and use NXX 222 then it will ask you if you want to DENY and then put 5555. It is the same exact thing as blocking long distance.
They work fine you don't have to really do anything different. I have a couple of them and the only time I have trouble with them is when the t-1 goes down..
