Hi all. How to block a local number in x11 system?for example, I know how to deny 17172225555 in LD 90. But how to block 2225555? 717 is my area code. Thanks in advanced.

HLOC is home location code for use with UDP dialing plan and has nothing to do with blocking inbound number. If you want to block outbound number, use deny like you're currently doing.

You can't block inbound calls without telco or sccs/secc/ccms

HLOC just specifies your home location code (your NPA). It doesn't block incoming calls.

I want to block outgoing call. I know how to block number with area code. Is there anyway to block local number?

So I can setup HLOC code to 717. Then block 2225555 in npa?

It is in spn now as 17172225555. How to route it to a treatment? Would you mind showing me step by step? Thanks

Go to ld 86
for the rli of your spn point it to the route of your RAN Route. That's all there is to it.

or if need be change the rli in ld 90 to a new rli and built the rlb table in 86 from scratch.

so in ld 86 you will either use new or chg.
ie.
REQ chg
CUST 0
FEAT rlb
RLI 1
ENTR 0
LTER
ROUT <--- here enter the route number of your RAN
<ENTER> through everything else

No 717 is your NPA

"How to route it to a treatment"

You are using NARS to route calls so the CDB Intercept treatment is used to route the call.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

LD 90 change the nxx
at the SDRR prompt type deny
at the DENY prompt put in the last 4 digits of the phone number

Just block it in ld 90 with NXX just like you block long distance with NPA. Instead of entering NPA enter NXX and use NXX 222 then it will ask you if you want to DENY and then put 5555. It is the same exact thing as blocking long distance.

He said he wanted "How to route it to a treatment?"
