Add the name of your server( appears inthe top left corner next to the internet exploerer icon) into your local DNS server with the IP Address of your UCA. Make sure your UCA is a trusted web site. I had the same issue and this fixed it. Brooke

Check first to make sure your pri is not set to Qsig.The LED will flash green if set to Qsig. Have you checked all is o.k with the Carrier

Hi, If it is intermittantly going into Night 1, check your "Attendant busy out timer"( I think it is called something like that) in the 5550 Consoles Class of Service. Change it from default 10 to 1440. Sometimes if the console is quiet it will look at tis timer and automatically go into night...

Hi All, I have a customer that wants a circular hunt group set up with 5 ip extensions. When a call rings into the group and rings at an extension. on no answer they want it to go to that extensions mailbox, not the hunt group. Any way of losing the dtmf tones to do this? Thanks Brooke

Hi You could try having the mailbox just say " please leave your message after the tone". and have the day and night route through different "Fake " acd groups ( with no agents) so it loses the dtmf tones and use RADS in the two different groups to say your 2 different messages. Then have your...
