Half second of M.O.H between IQ and 3300 message.

Hi Techs,
I am getting about 1/2 second of music on hold between a message playing in 6160 IQ then routing to a multicall that goes directly to a mailbox. I've turned off "music on hold on transfer" on every C.O.S I can think of. this is a MCD 4 3300 system. I have tried a blind transfer and a supervised transfer. I would preferably like no ringing or music. Is this do-able?

Maybe,

The music is coming between the port "Flash for transfer", and "release after dialing destination".

The only way would be to remove the music source for the port doing the transfer.

The only way that can be done in my opinion is if the port is in a separate tenant with an alternate music source assigned but nothing provided.

have something similar when using option 2 for mobile on 3300 embedded voicemail. plays 0.5 second of moh and then transfers....never used to do that
