Trust me, I know this is a silly request but my customer deals with suicidal people and they call in at night, get flustered and don't know what to say. Then they get redirected to the default message and get more confused. Any way to turn it off?

The problem is that when this happens it says being transfered to the operator and goes to the primary greeting, very confusing for customers. Is there a way that if this happens it can be redirected back the mailbox?
