I have had this same issue with gettin names to present instead of the numbers.
Create your virtual extensions as you normally would and assign the number to it, then go to call forwarding and set up the call plan you want there. now the fun part, assigne one phone override class of service...
Hi If you have access to ETAC and look for artical number 14757 it has a set upguide for manager E and the HGcard also how to set up the AP1120 on the system.

I have 3 Base stations at that site and about 10 DECT phones, the other phones all work at this point but just these 2 don't
All the bases are powered over POE as well as the system phones, everything else stays up but not these 2 phones.

I have 2 3711 IP Dect phones that are constantly busy before 0900. but at 0900 they reapear in the system manager tool.
I have removed user rights from them and have allowed them tobe dialed all the time. but they are still failing.
Anybody had this before???

Managed t speak to a Presales Engineer in the US, have upgraded to 5.0.26 and guess what... it only bloomin worked!!

Have changed the route from 192.168.1.37 to 192.168.1.0 and rebooted the phone and it is not working.
full line is
192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.19.253 LAN1
Is this likely to be a licence issue??
