5610 calls

Hi

Need assistance with a 5610 IP phone, I have customer who has a and IP0500v1 with 2 sites, the phone system on site 1 and the phone on site 2, the sites are linked with a LAN extension there is also IPDECT phones on site 2.

When they call from the 5610 onsite 2 to a 5622 on site one the call goes through but you get no voice. there are 3 5622's in the office, this only happens when you call 2 of the phones but not the 3rd,

Getting no help from official channels

Any one any Ideas??

never heard of a 5622?!?!

In any case, go in to the programming for the extension, turn off allow direct media path.

Better look for a good BP and get some avaya training. That will save you even more time..
