Thanks for the reply Merlinman. Based on your response analog lines ringing to the operators station is not a "by design" feature so somewhere it must assigned to a button or group. I will keep digging.

After reading a lot of other posts I concluded that Group Ring is not as functional as one would think and that it was better to just assign an adjuct ext 4641 and put a coverage button on the phones I want to ring then if there isn't an answer the auto attendent picks up. That part now works...
