Yet again, it's time for a new thread for the ever-popular Vanity Plates series...Over 800 posts so far...Wow! More than a trilogy, more than a quadilogy, quintilogy, sexilogy (Woo-hoo!), septilogy, octilogy...it's now a nonilogy.

Also...

Over the weekend I saw SANTA on a red truck.
either it was Dave riding around or (since it is Xmas time) it was the Coca-Cola truck...
I wish I could say that it was I, but this Santa drives a blue Honda Pilot.

Could have been a gift.... could have been a life insurance policy or a general inheritance type thing as well... for the latter options, it could be their way of doing something in remembrance of daddy.

Or, could have also been a "sugar daddy", I suppose.

I saw one yesterday. I was passing a car that had a bumper sticker that read something to the effect of "Say your rosarys" or something close to that and the license plate was "Marys".
The woman driving may have been a nun (wasn't dress in traditional garb) and there is a convent not far from where we were at that point, but without the bumper sticker, I'd have never guessed what the plate was all about.

Saw the plate MGKHNDS
Which stood for magic hands.
There was a bumper sticker on the car that enforced this saying "The Goddess is near. Magic is about"
I am guessing that the driver was Wiccan.

@ IOBJEKT

Probably just dense today, but I don't get that one... what does it mean (what do you think it means)?

Yeah, I was just dense. [blush] Now I can't help but see it!

On a car yesterday:

CRPE DM

I'm thinking 'seize the day'

Andy

I dunno...

I think it's a bit of a stretch to fit that in... I suppose anyone can make their tag mean what they want, but it seems they'd at least try to make it recognizeable...

And Carpe without the DM wouldn't still be "seize the day", though I can't say for sure what it'd be on it's own.. maybe seize?

So, then it'd be Sieze Dungeon Master, maybe? I dunno, but I doubt it.

Then again, I guess I just wanted an excuse to say, "I dunno."
[wink]

CRPE DM = Carpe Diem which is Latin for "Seize the Day".

I always thought carpe diem was an instruction to eat fish twice a day. [wink]

In Other Latin News:

"Sic transit gloria mundi" = "Thus passes the glory of the world", not "Gloria became nauseous on the bus last Monday."

GO IRSH - This was on a little sports car, apparently owned by a Notre Dame fan. Maybe that's how the cheer sounded after a few beers.

WITCH1 - This was on a little old pickup truck. It was dark, so I couldn't see if the driver was actually a witch.
