Yet again, it's time for a new thread for the ever-popular Vanity Plates series...Over 800 posts so far...Wow! More than a trilogy, more than a quadilogy, quintilogy, sexilogy (Woo-hoo!), septilogy, octilogy...it's now a nonilogy.

Over the weekend I saw SANTA on a red truck.
either it was Dave riding around or (since it is Xmas time) it was the Coca-Cola truck...
I wish I could say that it was I, but this Santa drives a blue Honda Pilot.

I'm not claiming that I've seen this myself but a photo can be viewed at

I'm aware of that plate (I can't check the link because our filtering software keyed in on the word "risque" in the URL).
That's not a real vanity plate - just a regular Florida issue dating from around 2000-2002.

I'd like to change the world, but I can't find the source code.

flapeyre: you are correct, not vanity, regular issue.

Somehow this makes it even funnier.

Driving to work today I saw a plate that read:

YOUBRAT

Back of a caravan driven by a middle aged woman.

Must be a story behind it but I can't fathom it.

I couldn't work out what was funny/risque about the posting:

until I followed the link and found out that the plate was actually A55 RGY.

I this one this weekend: HOTSTPR. I was behind her so I couldn't see if see was hot or not. This is a small town and she seemed to know her way around town so I assume she was a local gal but I don't know of any strip joints in town. Maybe she was a local gal who worked in the big city. I'm surprised that this one made it past the censors.

This one was on a van that pulled into the elementary school this morning: 1 GIGATT. I don't know what TT means in this case.

And you note that he (DOOD007) didn't put the plate on the car, but in that "special room"..
