I can't logon to the UMS Web Service.

I have UMS licenses installed (10).

I have UMS Web Service enabled for the user.

I been able to make IMAP work with the same account I am trying to logon to the web service with.

The error is:

Incorrect login, please try again.

I've double checked the voicemail pass code and am using the name to login as the manual spicifies. I have also tried the extension and full name just to try but I get the same results.

It works for me
Are you sure the name is correct

if you are using the voicemail password and user name is correct, plus valid UMS license, and UMS enabled for user then check

IIS Settings - Default website - properties, home directory is set to C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\phpVMWeb\Voicemail

And documents contains
login.php, main.php and webvoicemail.xml

I tried rebooting server, no help.

I tried settng the home directory to C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\phpVMWeb\Voicemail but I got the same results.

Finally successfully logged in.

I did a repair on .NET 2.0., that didn't seem to help.

Next I did repair of the VMPro installation then I was able to logon.

Thanks to everyone who contributed.

Then probably you installed vmpro before you installed or enabled IIS !!!

You will never forget that anymore :)

No, IIS was installed already.

I think it was just a bad install on the first go around.
