A few days ago the IP Office servce stopped working on a secondary server, everything else is running. If I try and start the service nothing happens or the page times out. System is on R11.1.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The servers communicate each other over tls websocket. If one of the identity certificates are expired, the secondary won’t access the primary server for syncronization. Check the expired certs on the primary server, and renew them

Thanks, I took a look and there is no page on :7071 on the secondary for certificates, because the IP Office service has stopped I cant get into :7070 or admin the certs via the primary. If I look in the logs I see:

try to reboot the secondary server via CLI (log in with putty to the secondary, switch to root and reboot)

Try to start service “webcontrol” via SSH and connect to the server with port 7071. Then try to reinstall the IP Office package.
