• A+ certification and/or MCSA/MCSE certification.
• Two (2) to Four (4) years of PC troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and software administration.
My favorite part is the A+ and OR MCSA/MCSE .... so either you know your irq numbers, orrrr you know Windows. Hmm the HR director needs either a brain and or a different job.
