SX 50 Printer Setup help 1

Can some one please help me set up Okidata 320 Printer to SX 50 System. I've tried connecting cables and programming as book says, but still doesn't seem to be working.

there are vendors out there that sell call display units including Phone Stores. These would be intalled ahead of the SX-50 on the trunks. This would only help the people that were at these units normally the console.
The call display units will display the name and number if delivered from the central office.

Does caller's info display on console or on that call display unit ?? dumb question i know !!

no such thing as a dumb question, the caller's info displays on the display unit, not the console.

Hey, I have another question. How does auto attendant connects to the sx 50 ? I havn't bought attendant yet but if I know a little or more about it, I might go ahead and install it. Let me know please..

auto attendant as I have used goes on the central office trunks ahead of the SX-50
The one I used was from Interalia.
If you have more questions maybe you should open another thread as this one is quite long.
