System is rebooting randomly 2x per day.
Error info is always the same:
** system goes down/reboots **
15:32:00 Main Control Power Up!
15:33:03 T1 ISDN Card Installed passed
15:33:06 T1 ISDN Card removed failed
15:33:09 T1 ISDN Card Installed passed

We have replaced the unit with 2 new DSP cards
Planning to replace the PRI and timing card next
Some said that the SandDisk SSD card my be failing causing a software issue

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like bad software... but de populate the bay of all cards... restart empry if possible and push cards back in with the system running... sometimes this works...

Thank you for your reply. We spoke to a couple of other Mitel techs that mentioned "bad software" as well. Is there a possible fix for a software problem?
Thanks again

Somebody could give you a firmware but you need to know your version.. remember to copy the cde database just incase also screen shot the entire moss options just incase... simply copy a new system software to a flash disk then replace and reboot... im a little rusty as i see fewer and fewer sx200 you can ask istream.com or dean for software as well... if its a lightware 19 el ml you will need them for the software.

It seems like the card is recieveing garbage from a bad adtran maby
Just a guess worth looking at check logs on adtran for other errors

Thanks for your input. Spoke to istreamcom.com. They can produce the new flashdrive. They are helping me look for a local SoCal resource that can connect to the Mitel and download the data.

lOOking for a SoCal resource . . .

I wish i could look at it myself.... im near chicago. I would look into error logs on the adtran and the mitel.. i wish you the best...

I've had just about everything cause problems with old MX's. Be prepared to change everything. I had one case where I changed everything but the Sys ID module and it was still crashing! Good Luck.

The mx is a great controller.. i ignor the alarms and logs... as long as the customer dosent notice any operational issues just let it go... no complaints over operation equals no problem..very basic i service hotels i only fix complaints.. i see this in the logs alot lol
if its down its easy to diagnose... i would guess it has something to do with disk drive management... or some kind of watchdog error that requires reboot... not easy to solve is the customer paying with gold for my time?

Thank you for your replies and continued support. As mentioned, we have replaced every piece of hardware on the unit. Unfortunately, the system is still rebooting randomly. We are going to attempt to do a full back up of the FlashDrive so we can create, and replace, the existing one. We'll be connecting a laptop to the Mitel with a serial-usb cable. We have loaded "3CDaemon-v2r10" FTP software on the laptop. Just need someone who is willing to conference in and execute the commands or walk us through it.
We appreciate everyone's time and support. We are more than willing to pay for any services that resolves this annoying issue.
Thanks again

Can you perform a full ftp backup? You should be able to create an install compact flash and use it to get the new embedded one working. Then do a restore.
