I get A22 0061 LINE LOOP BACK ERROR 04/13 AND 08/07. Now,
04/13 make sense because there is an ops line card on slot 4 and port 13 but there isn't anything on slot 8 !! its completly empty. Any idea why I am geting that msg ?? and give me solution please...I've tried *31 and *32 many times but it comes back after a few minutes.

.....0061
.....0063
.....0064
.....0058
.....0059

I have to go for about 2 hours but will check back then.
do you have another trunk card?
make sure all trunks are programed like I said as loop and with "i" as a 1
I don't know what tone you would have got on the reversed trunk as you mentioned a bit earlier.

GREAT....EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE NOW....

I changed bit g to 0 in r2 in command 557-564. When someone calls, it appears as TRK 57,58,59,61,63,64. So, I changed programing in those comands and working fine now. no busy tones or alarms....thanks alot pandabear.

Thanks,

Do you guys deal with end users, or do you refer them to their local technicians? I mean, this guy didn't know ground from loop, or even where to check which trunks he was using. You realize you are taking money out of the hands of the people that know this stuff?

my mistake I had said "g" as 0 earlier, was in a hurray, had to go, sorry for that bit of confusion.
