Mitel 3300 Voicemail - The entered value is out of Range

Needed to reset my Receptionist V/M because she couldn't access her V/M and now I see this:

Have anyone encouter this? The entered value is out of range? Cannot figure this one out.

Maybe check that passcode meets requirements
 
In Voicemail Option, you will find how many digit should a voicemail be. The default value is 3, so I think it’s throwing this error because your extension range is 4 but the vm is still set to 3.

Make sure you set the value to match the extension range which in your case 4.

Warning - if you change this , it will reset all your voicemail db.(wiped clean).

If that is the case, perhaps they use Nupoint and he is looking in the wrong spot
