IPO 9.1 cabinet swap

I have a fairly new IP 500V2 that died. We had a replacement cabinet in stock but when I put the old sd card in the new cabinet it's saying my S/W is at 8.1 and I need an upgrade license any Ideas?

Got frustrated opened the box up and swapped power supplies. Working ok now. I guess these cabinets hold there S/W version.
