Does anyone know of a fix for the DST update.

I have manager set to check the pool.ntp.org but it did not update.

I have the DST ticked and my region is correct and I had to set the hours at -8:00 to manually fix it.

I used that file and copied and pasted it into a 9.1 and it seems to have worked.


Nortel allowed several ways to get the time and date. With analog and PRI lines they used the caller ID time and date on every call to keep it updated. Also allowed of manual updated and had a simple DST option. From the threads I have read this seems to have been an ongoing issue. Maybe Avaya could add these simple options to there future releases.
