IPO 412 3.2(59) Spontaneously Rebooting

We've been running 3.2(59)for two months and now the phone system is rebooting in the middle of the day at random times.

What should I be looking at to resolve this? Are there bugs in vm or phone manager that users might be triggering a reboot?

I encountered the same problem. Tier 3 built a private reboot patch. I also saw it on 4.0.7

Whatever the latest version of VM is for 3.2

Almost all 4406D phones

No IP phones

What other specs would be helpful?

This is a general bug for 3.2.59 and 4.0.7.New version will clear it.So you will have to wait.
 
There can be a million reasons for a reboot to happen.
It is not obvious that your system has one of the fixed issues, so upgrading may help but there is no guarantee for it.

Make a trace which logs the reboot and send it to Avaya for investigation, they can confirm wheter the new release will solve your problem.
