IPO 406 V2 locked up!

Hey all,
got a weird problem with a 406 V2. The system boots up and runs its cycle but cannot pull a config. I went to a dte cable and tryed the AT commands but nothing works. I can sometimes get it to say OK after the AT command but when I do a AT-X, X2 or X3 it says ERROR. Also It will not request any TFTP info. This thing worked fine about a week ago. Is it missing the flash software or something?

As you get OK and Error on the AT commands it seems there is still coresoftware available on the IPO (wich would be ereased by AT-X).
You'll have to press <ESC> immediately after powering up the IPO then you'll be in command mode.

Then try AT-X2 and AT-X3 erasing the current config.
