IP500 V2 SD card problem 3

Hi

I am hoping that anyone else also has experinced a problem with the SD card in the 500v2.

It can all of a sudden loose the config of the IPO and that is really bad.

Does anyone know if Avaya is working on the problem or if there is a PB for it ?

I had this problem with a V2 a mounth ago. All of sudden the config was defaulted and could not sent a new one in. Removed the SD card, deployed a config on the using a laptop and it booted up okey. After a reboot it was gone again and it went on and on the same way. Ended up replacing both the Sd card and the control unit.

I didn't highlight those options tlpeter, and it is now working ok after a couple of power down (cold) reboots so I can't run the trace as it will now take changes ok, hopefully it will not come back.......but we all know it will

After removing the physically it went on for a while but i do not know how long.

Hmm the crackling is not solved whit the SD card replacement.
I think it is the conference chip.
So still 2 cards to investigate at the moment.

Auto attendant crackling or no voice at all.
After swapping the card it took about 30 minutes before it was back.

Another strange issue with a SD card.

A system running for a couple of weeks suddenly stopped working.

The folders with in the primary folder where gone from the system folder.
The where in the root of the card suddenly

So if your system stops working and you have Led 1 solid red of the mother cards then check the SD card
