Not with me, all the Incoming call routes disappeared includig Any Data and you just got incorrect username/password all the time (yes I tried default), luckily I had LogMeIn to save my ass/face from the body surfing
I work for a UK disti and we have been contacting all our resellers who reported this problem to let them know that Avaya are after more information... I would assume that the same applies for all distis...
I think i can recreate some trouble on the SD card.
Make a config and copy it onto the SD card and put it in the IP500v2.
Look in monitor and it will show you that the card is read only.
Also start SSA and go to resources.
Call someone with voicemail on and refise the call so it will go to voicemail.
But voicemail is in read only too so it can not take a message.
Look at SSA and see what happens with the resources
I have had the Sd card problem aswell. MY suppliers support have said avaya advised removing the SD card putting i into a card reder and use manager to format the card then also use manager to recreate the card. They say this should fix the problem. Has anyone else given this ago. Im supposed to be doing it later :S
I have done this and the cards i try do nto have this problem.
When i manually set the card to read only i see some familiar problems so i guess it is the read only that gives this kind of problems.
When you have a brand new card, format it with manager and recreate it.
Even when it has all the files you need, format it with manager and recreate.
Apparently there is a problem with the formating done with manufacturing.
Not sure. Got a call about a sites incoming calls ringing busy. The site was 3 hours south of where I was working so we sent out a guy that does some contract work for us as I was pretty sure the system defaulted. He got onsite and sure enough the config was gone. I sent him a backup and he loaded it and back up and running. I have another v2 out there that I did format and recreate the card just because it was my first v2 and I wanted to play with it a bit before install. No problems there yet. He's using VMpro. Thought I would post this here since we seem to have a good running tally on this. I had my salesman talk to our Avaya reps and linked this thread to them also. Btw, I'm over here in the US as I think most of you with this issue are on the other side of the pond.
hi guys,
I confirm tlPeter post: I formatted and recreated sd card with manager and now I'm testing the unit.
After summer holiday, customer was with a default configuration and strange crackling noise on the embedded voice mail messagges.
Avaya distributor has released a patch, but we continued to have problems.

IPO V2 with 2 combo card (isdn and atm) no licenses.
