Ip office Embedded VM

I have a customer that has 5 ip offices. 2 are in the US and 3 in Canada. When they call the one site in Mississauga and they get the VM, they can not dial an ext tells then invalid , when they press pound to dial by name it just sends them back to the menu. If call from a cell any other phone it works. Just upgraded them to 9.0.12. The other sites are PRI and this site is analog lines.
 
On the AA is it set to dial by numbers on the digits they are pressing? for the site that does not transfer extensions?
 
Yes, it is. If you call in on a cell phone or from another system it works fine.
 
Yes, we did a reboot and upgraded it from 9.0.4 to 9.0.12
 
On the analog trunk site, do an impedance test under lines/analog options/Impedance and run the test.
 
Just did the test on the lines and still my cell works fine but his IPO phone will not work .
 
Seeing these are analog lines then I would go directly on the line with a test set and see if the issue is with the trunks or the IP Office.
