I am attempting to move our IP Office 500 to a new location with a newly installed ISDN30 line.
When I have plugged the system in I cannot make or receive external calls, the only real difference is the fact that our current ISDN30 is a 6 channel and one we are moving to is an 8 channel. If the system was still configured for 6 lines though 8 where available would this stop it from getting an outside line?
When trying to make a call I received a 'Waiting on Line' message.
Is is a different telephone number and I setup incoming call routes for the main number and a couple of DDI's.
Any ideas?
