Callers hear ringback between acd recordings

Callers hear ringback , while waiting in que. This is on a Hp4000 and Procenter agile with a call director . Siemens support says , working as designed .

The acdrt only has , message , wait , message then repeat .

Do you have a route to music port ## in your ART? You have to turn the music on.

I will restate ,the caller hears message , music , message they get ringback when there about to get connected to the message , the message comes from call director or the xmu plus .

check your ring cycle time on the second message - if the timer is longer than the message the extra time may be made up of rings rather than silence. I usually set my message timers to 1 cycle unless they're really long messages.
