I'm used to 5220's and 5140's. If they are acd enabled, superkey(on 5220) or ACD softkey(on 5140) enables you to do your biznaz. Upgraded to 7.1, bought some 5212's, registered them and selected acd radio button, hit superkey and it says phonebook(sort of like a 5220 that isn't acd enabled). Do I actually have to use one of the buttons and make it an acd button now? Prefer to not use a feature access code or tie up an additional button.
Thanks,
Steve

Used 3300 help. It appears that I need to use a code. Three sets, three procedures. Awesome!

Hey, Mitel's inconsistencies mean job security for us techs!

I always used a button with a feature code for stupid agents. And labled tabs with the biggest possible font. Menu is too complicated for them.
