How do I configure a an access code for international calling on MiVB 10.1?

So I'm real new to Mitel and I'm having trying to configure an access code for international calling.

Anyone have any idea on how to configure one and get it working?

Could you explain your call scenario? I'm not sure if what you are asking is simply an access code as in ARS leading digit or Independent Account Code where the user needs this access code or PIN to dial an International number.

Typically you add an ARs entry of 9011 (digits dialed) +and unknown (number of digits to follow) to route International calls.

do you have anybody that is not going to be allowed to dial internationally?

Do you have any restrictions on non international long distance

If restrictions exist, does anyone have the means to override the restrictions

Usually sent up an account code that it overrides any class of restriction for the international call dailed number
