    I am setting up a voice mail system by way of single line ports. When a call is sent to ext 107 the KSU sents a string of numbers after ans. Is it a perfix + ext.#, if so what is the perfix code?

    If you login to the Cp by way of the ethernet you can change the class of service. The best thing to do is change the expire time to 0 days. This way the password will not expire.

    What is your number plan size? 3 4 5 6 7 You could have the local carrier change the number of digits sent to you. Say from 4 to 5

    If you use a MCK extender and you are in another state or even city. How are you going to make local calls and 911 calls from the remote loc.?
