I have a BCM400 connected to a BCM 50 with VOIP trunks. When you call BCM 400 to BCM 50 you see the Caller ID info on your phone display while it is ringing. BUT when I call from the BCM 50 to the BCM 400 they have to answer BEFORE they see the call info, they just see the date and time until they answer it, I can't seem to find where to resolve this, any suggestions??

Are you expecting to see the extension number before they answer from the other site. If so make sure you have set up the private OLI under the extension. The information you need to enter is the orignating extension. That way when the call is sent accross the network it will send the extension number as the outgoing CLI.

mrmarshall, I do have the Private OLI filled in with the extension. Calls work both ways, the call rings to the other sites Intercom key and while ringing displays time, ONLY AFTER you answer will it show (business name)(Extension name) but from the 400 to the 50 it displays while ringing.

I have Business name on 400 and business or customer name on 50, don't remember what it's called for sure but after the BCM 400 people answer they get ---SR200 Ashley--- which is the Business name and her station name.

mrmarshal, that was it, on the BCM50 it was right there for me to see so I did set it, on the BCM400 I overlooked that. Great catch, works great now.

I have an Option 11Cat 1 end and I don't see the Name or Number from the BCM, but I do see an H plus the ext number on the BCM when I call there. ie: H8679 on BCM display.
Any idea what I need to do to maake it display at the Option 11C??

11C should have MCDN by default since you've got IP trunks. It's most likely something on the route or d-channel.

Have you set the BCM to output the private OLI as their extension numbers. If the BCM is before 3.5 you only have an OLI option. Not a private OLI and Public OLI.What have you set you route as private or public.
