I'm running Sharepoint Portal Services, and I'm afraid I already no the answer to this. Is there any way to get Outlook sync working the other direction? I have no problem getting the calendar on the SPS site to sync with Outlook, but I can't get it going the other way. I've looked all...
I have a setup with 13 Sites. All sites have DCs locally, but there is only 1 domain. I have all the subnets setup in AD Sites and Services. Most everything is working fine. My problem is that I have a handful of computers at numerous sites that refuse to authenticate to the locat DC. They...
I'm having the same problem just in reverse. I have the client VPN setup with Radius and works great. I'm now trying to setup Site-to-Site between a Pix 506e and a Fortinet FG-60. As soon as I type in the line command
crypto map transam interface outside
I loose my client vpn. Any ideas...
You should be able to paste the config into your terminal software. I use Token2, and it will let me paste from clipboard, an entire config, and run each line one at a time.
Thanks,
Lou if you'll notice my first post, I'd love to reinstall Arcserve Manager. The big problem is that I no longer have the software. So, if someone could tell me how to restore files from the console that would be great.
Lou,
Thanks for the info. I have .dll files in the sys:\arcserve.6\manager folder, but everytime I try to run ArcserveIT I get an error stating the application could not launch using \arcserve.6\manager\arcserve.exe. File not found. I've looked, and there isn't an executable in that folder...
The license is valid, but I don't have a copy of it anywhere. Any idea how I can get it? Also, the Arcserver Task Scheduler gives me an error, saying DLL's are missing, when I try to run it. It's all really screwed up and I'm moving away from Novell, but I need help with this one issue. Thanks.
I have a real problem. For the first time since I arrived at this location, 4 months ago, I need to restore from a backup. I'm running ArcserveIT 6.6 on Netware 5. I know the backups are good, because the verify is running. My problem is I don't have the ArcserveIT Manager running on any pc...
I know of a site that you can download a linux app that will allow you to edit the registry and reset lost passwords. I'm not about to advertise it here, because as a Network Admin, I would go crazy if someone got a hold of something like this. It really does work though, I've used it on a...
I'm using a Pix 506e, and I have the dhcp server turned on. Is there a dhcp table in the pix? Can I look at it? Everything works fine, I'm just trying to find the MAC to IP refrence table.
I'm new to Arcserve, but I haven't ever seen anything like this. All of the services start with no problem. The backup seems to run fine. If I try to go to the Job Status screen though it closes Arcserve Manager everytime. I can't figure it out. I tried stopping all the services and then...
I have a problem with a Client install. The user grabbed the wrong CD, and loaded the Win2k version rather than the Win98 version. Now when he tries to uninstall, it tells him it can't remove the IPSEC client, and won't uninstall. This version of IPSEC won't work with 98 either. Has anyone...
Hi Loyalist,
I am running a 506e with VPN. I never could get a W2k3 server to work as my Radius server. I finally had to use a W2k server for this. Everything works great, even with the Cisco client, except I can't see the Radius server once I'm authenticated by it. There are posts here...
I've got a real problem. I have a Domain setup with a Win2k3 server and a Win2k server, both DC's. The Win2k3 server is running DNS, and my firewall is handing out DHCP addresses. I have a VPN setup with a Cisco Pix506e. Everything accross the VPN works great except the Win2k server. I...
I've got a real problem. I have a Domain setup with a Win2k3 server and a Win2k server, both DC's. The Win2k3 server is running DNS, and my firewall is handing out DHCP addresses. Servers both have static addresses, don't worry. I have a VPN setup with a Cisco Pix506e. Everything accross...
Yizhar,
Thanks for the reply.
What exactly does >sysopt noproxyarp inside accomplish? I had someone else tell me before that I needed it in my config.
Yes the ip address outside command goes to a public IP. I thought I had it setup for PAT with a NAT overflow.
Thanks again for your insight.
