What's the trick with setting up an international node ?' We can't get them to work. Nodes within the USA are fine. Using NPA-NXX-xxxx and Dialing sequence of 9PN. For international we're trying 9P011N. We are not using Country definitions, what do they do in the node profile ? thanks

think I found what happens here: if you have an extended absence greeting on, callers hear the extended absence greeting, followed by "Your call has been forwarded to automatic voice message system, The mailbox belonging to xxx is full" if there is not an extended absence greeting on, callers...

thanks for the reply Ken. I think the customer's concern is that the caller doesn't get to hear the person's personal or extended absence greeting. There's no option to play the greeting is there ?

Are there any options when a regular messaging mailbox is full ? Or is the only option to hear "the mailbox belonging to xxxx is full" ? Thanks

Found a good one today........ If a Auto Attendant tries to dial an extension that has a mailbox which has a subscriber extension different than that of the mailbox itself, the auto-attendant routes the call to the subscriber ext... I've never seen the Subscriber extension be used for anything...

Ex. Is it possible to have a pbx in Florida use an Octel that is on another pbx in NY and be able to have normal integration and message waiting ? Is an ISDN tie line needed ? Any special features in the pbx ? Thanks, JS
