Mailbox Can't be Built or Deleted

Have a test 250

just bought online - trying to build new mailboxes in 6xxx range, says mailbox already in use.

try to print out or delete the # says it doesn't exist.

ran garbage collect - no help

if use phone to and enter mailbox after open trees, says it doesn't exist..

any help appreciated thx..

permits mailbox adds and deletes in other ranges.

never mind all, just figured it out......a node had 66xx entries as addressed...
