Yes, blanket copied all ports. The problem doesn't follow the card when flipping cards. I am starting to suspect the backplane having an issue. This one is just weird.

I know what the code is, however reading the code as Nortel describes it is rather ambiguous as to the explanation. Its the normal Nortel babel that rarely makes it easy to figure out what to do to fix the issue. Just looking for clarification on the error description.

Thats the issue with the ports being in MBSY state. You can't out them, change them or dis and enl them. At least I havent found a way yet.
