MTC Msg on tty

I rarely ever have this issue and usually it is handled by others (not available).

When logged into the terminal I am getting scrolling maint messages. I need to decipher these to determine what is happening, any suggestions where to look for the info ?

is an example obviously the TN and date and time, but I need to find out a key for the rest of the message.

Found RDUN disabled, found drives out of sync, re enabled and ran sync, the problem disappeared.
Still would like to be able to diagnose the message if anyone knows how.
