Sets in MBSY status 2

I have 2 3900 series sets in make busy state. Apparently one of out techs forced a download (flash) to the sets and the process either hosed up or the sets were unplugged in the process. In any event the ports are now in MBSY and so far I have no success in releasing them. Any ideas anyone ?

FYI I built clones of the ports with so we could get the DN's in operation for the client, but oviously I need to kill the hose ports.

Can you out and rebuild the ports?

Thats the issue with the ports being in MBSY state. You can't out them, change them or dis and enl them. At least I havent found a way yet.

I've seen that happen to an interupted Download. I wasn't able to square it up until the next day, then gave another force, and let it finish.

Try connecting another phone to the same port and FDLF x x x x (the TN) in ld 32 and see if that clears it up.
