AUD message 313

Can anyone give me an idea of what this message meaning is ?
The books are less than helpful in explanation (naturally). Any suggestion as to what to look at to fix the issue. Getting a large number of these messages. The only complaint has been a busy on a tie trunk to another switch, but watching the state on that tie (pri) it is idle and calls process.

Get TN 7 0 0 1 a 2317.
Can not out the 2317 as i get SCH2501 "An attempt was made to change a telephone that is relocating".
We do not use 2317 on this switch, however this is an older switch that was put into service so we may have corruption from previous uses.
Was able to DISU the tn but that made no difference in the AUD messages.

What do you get if you STAT the TN, if its MSBY, you should be able to remove it by aDISU, followed by a ENLU.

you have a set stuck in relocation, to verify prt, srdt in LD 21 and post... Usually, the only way to clear this is to sysload, an INI will not work. In LD15, under FTR_DATA, do you have SRCD??
