What I have done now as a work around is to forward my reception phone to skillset 1 (I don't actually have a receptionist). Skillset 1 is my customer service skillset, which most calls get routed to. This solution is acceptable.
One odd thing, when someone presses 0 it will ring twice at the...

I currently have a router to router vpn setup with 2 dlink 804hv routers running on asdl lines (passing through asdl modems using pppoE). The setup has been working fine, but I am changing one of my internet providers and They have supplied me an asdl router (speedstream 6520) instead of an...
I have an intercom NT8B79FA connected to a DOC. The problem is that the intercom is located in a noisy area. Often you can't hear a thing that comes out of the intercom. Is there an intercom model that has a handset that you could put up to your ear with a volume control, or do I have to put...

We never had any problem with our system (not that I am aware of). I just find i funny that the phone company would package this and not only suggest it to us but sell it to us. I guess the tech/salesmen must get commission for the product and its support calls.
Thanks for the reply, but I hate to ask what is a SMDR. You also said "CP is not supported on a MICS 3.0" which I don't understand because that is what we have and it has been working for several years.

Just curious would you not be able to use agents to accomplish the task of the "call sequencer".
Set up the receptionist as an agent and have the AA forward all incoming calls to her skillset during bus. hours. The receptionist would be required to login for this to work.
I would like to...
