    I Had this issue, when you download the CPDir0.csv the headers are sorted into first name & last name. put your last name in the first name and vice versa. upload the file and you should find it's in alphabetical order now!

    check your multicast settings on the CCMS and make sure your RTD pc's can recieve all the multicast packets that are sent.

    DocVic is correct something is not talking check the switch that the Elan goes to, if the switch has power, check the Vlan settings. From memory E002 "loss of connection to C/S" hope that helps
