Meridian Mail is killing me

hello,

Different week, new MM problem. When you call MM it just rings and rings. I diasabled the aml, had the tech turn off MM, pull the 3 cards, disconnected the cable to the tape drive, plug in the terminator plug, reseat the 3 cards, turn MM back on, I did a enl aml 9 acms... waited and aml shows connected.

I log in to MM with AX(option 11c)and it is stuck at the Fox Security Chech and has been for about 30 minutes. Below are the errors I'm getting. I'm leaning towards the 68K card because I have seen a BSD0090 power fault - Mail Your thoughts? Thanks

the only way i've managed this is to ini the SSC then the fox security check gets the info from the processor.

at the Fox Security Check disable the aml

LD 48
.dis aml 9
enable the aml

.enl aml 9 acms


Leave the OVL 48 by ****

It will works...

I tried the disable of the aml and then enable of the aml... no luck. It's still stuck at Fox.

I'll try a INI as soon as the local tech gets back on-site. Thanks

After the Fox Security the Mail looks for the HD

The HD is spinning nonstop, not stop and go like a problem I had two weeks ago and had to replace the HD. Not to say it couldn't still be the HD, but everything seems like it's working. HD is spinning, aml showing connected. Really don't want to rebuild another MM.

on site Tech just back with the 68K card, replaced it and it is now back up and running. thanks
