Website changes for everyone but me.

Just a friendly little something you may like to know (which i forgot to mention before) - This problem hasn't affected me at all since i upgraded to Windows XP Pro. I've run XP since the first public beta, and it's had none such trouble. Could be the fact it's using IE6. Who knows. Andrew...

Website changes for everyone but me.

i had this problem on FP2k as well. I think the problem was it just wasn't updating the internet cache on the hard disk. I found I could get round it by clicking the Refresh button a number of times (usually greater than 10, less than 25). Just click it really quick and it will load the new...

    disclaimer on E2K

I'm trying to add a disclaimer such as "We accept no responsibilty for the content of this message" to the bottom of every outgoing message in Exchange 2000. Every method i've found has been either very long winded and eventually turns out to be for Exchange 5.5, or it's involved...

    disclaimer on E2K

is there any easy, free way to add a disclaimer to the end of every message? All the useful tips i've recieved have either involved spending loads of time fiddling with VBS scripts, the registry and batch files, or have involved Exchange 5.5. Am i just wishing for the impossible? Andrew...

Adding a footer on to every outgoing message

It looks a tad scary. Is there any program that can do it? (One that doesn't cost anything?) Isn't there a feature that just allows you to add a "Signature" or "Footer" to every message? There's one on IMail server, so why shouldn't Exchange have it? Andrew Shepherd...

    P4 1.8GHz???

yea due to increasing pressure from AMD, intel have been lowering prices & introducing faster chips more quickly than they usually would... this is why their year's profits were down by $2bn this year(!) We should expect to see a 2Ghz Athlon or P4 quite soon...

    DVD Problems

Thanks for that. But i took the PC back home last night, got it working, and installed Theme Park World (CD), and guess what? The same thing happens on the animations on that, so i am thinking that there's something else wrong with the system... Could it be a duff cable between the motherboard...

    DVD Problems

I was under the impression (from the side of the box) that hardware DVD decoding was provided by the Geforce chip. However, i have been using PowerDVD 2.55 as the software decoder. I can't seem to find anything about the RealMagic Hollywood Plus decoder, and the Dxr3 board is a bit expensive...

I've just upgraded my home PC, by adding a new motherboard (ABIT VH6-II), a Nvidia Geforce 2 MX video card, a new harddrive, 700mhz processor, and brought the total RAM to 384 mb. I also added a Creative DVD drive, and installed windows 2000. When i insert a DVD, it plays the discs, but is...
